COVID-19 NOTICE: If you are sick, feel sick, or are experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19 or the flu, please do not attend the show. Please practice social distancing while at the show. Note that Heritage Gun Shows LLC is not responsible or liable if you contract any illness by attending the gun show. Attend at your own risk.

We strive to keep exhibitor costs down by offering fair prices for table rent. Our Exhibitor Loyalty Program continues: set up at 9 of our shows and get a free table at the 10th show. We also continue to give away a free table at every show: exhibitors who remain set up at 2:45 on Sunday will be entered in a drawing for the table.

Table cost is $50 per 8’ table.  However, we are offering a discount if you choose to prepay (prepay means paying for all tables by the Sunday prior to the show).  If you prepay, each table will cost $45.  To prepay, you can pay us directly, mail a check to us (Heritage Gun Shows, PO Box 20375, Canton, OH 44701), or send it electronically through Venmo. Let us know which you prefer!

For our current schedule, visit the Dates & Directions page on this site. We also distribute a more extensive schedule to exhibitors who are on our mailing list. If you would like a schedule sent to you, decide whether you would like a hard copy sent via U.S. mail, or a copy sent via e-mail, then let us know by sending an e-mail to heritagegunshows@gmail.com, or by calling 330-268-9386. To ensure the e-mailed schedules show up in your inbox and not your junk box, enter the above e-mail address into your contact list. Please note that the hard copy schedule is available to exhibitors only, while the e-mail option is available to both exhibitors and attendees.

We are committed to the safe handling of firearms. Each table-holder will be provided with a detailed set of instructions on properly securing firearms. Compliance with these regulations is mandatory, and failure to adhere to these regulations may result in the exhibitor being expelled from the show at any time. There will be no refunds! EXHIBITORS ARE ULTIMATELY RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR FIREARMS AND ANY ACTIONS ASSOCIATED WITH THEM.

Please be sure to keep muzzles pointed in a safe direction and fingers off triggers. Some may think that this is impossible in the crowded environment of a gun show, but it can usually be done. If you have live ammo on your table, please keep a close watch on it when patrons are handling your guns and under no circumstances load a firearm or allow a firearm to be loaded. Please notify management IMMEDIATELY if you observe an unsafe situation or unsafe conduct, to include possession of any loaded firearm in the show.

Exhibitors are responsible for adhering to all federal, state and local laws. Some of the applicable laws are referred to on the Regulations page of this site. Heritage Gun Shows accepts no responsibility or liability for any damages or injuries resulting from an exhibitor’s or patron’s display or actions. By renting space at our show, exhibitors agree that they are fully liable for any and all damages or personal injuries resulting from the use or misuse of any item by any exhibitor or patron, and will hold harmless Heritage Gun Shows. Additionally, exhibitors agree to release Heritage Gun Shows from all liability for any theft, damages, losses, or injuries incurred while on the premises of a Heritage show. Exhibitors must adhere to all show regulations.

We have Friday evening set-up at ALL locations: Cambridge, East Canton, and Mansfield. Generally, the doors are open from 4 pm to 10 pm on Fridays for exhibitors to set up early.  The doors open for exhibitor set-up again at 6 am on Saturdays.

Giveaway: We give away a door prize at every show. Winners will receive five $20 coupons, which he or she can spend with exhibitors at a future Heritage Gun Show. If a patron presents a coupon as payment for merchandise, we strongly suggest you call us as part of the redemption process (phone numbers are on the coupons), so we can verify the validity of the coupon. If the patron’s purchase totals less than the value of the coupon, it will be your decision as to whether to give change. After the patron has made the purchase, you present the coupon to management and we will pay you the cash value of the coupon. While this process may seem just a bit cumbersome, please remember that the intent is to get patrons to spend more money with you, our exhibitors; in the past, if someone was ineligible to receive the firearm we simply gave them cash, which they of course could spend anywhere they wanted. With this process, they are spending the prize money at our show. Also, we understand that you attend other shows, however we will pay only for coupons used at our shows.

Additionally, we do not want flea market merchandise at our shows. While ‘flea market items’ is subject to interpretation, we do not want merchandise or services that are not related to firearms use and collecting, hunting, or the military. Management reserves the right to cancel your table reservations at ANY TIME, including during the show, if you’re selling more items unrelated to the shooting sports than items related to the shooting sports.

We believe in fair dealing. Merchandise or services should never be misrepresented.

We encourage exhibitors to report inappropriate, improper or suspicious behavior. We can’t do anything about it if we don’t know.

Never exhibited at a gun show, and want to know how to go about it? Call us at 330-268-9386.

Cancellation Policy: Due to the pricing structure of our leases and problems that have arisen when exhibitors cancel reservations, the following cancellation policy is effective 6-12-10:  Any cancellation must be made by calling 330-268-9386. If you get voice mail, please explain that you are canceling, versus leaving a simple call-back message. E-mail is NOT acceptable for cancellations.  The cell phone is manned 24/7 and e-mail is not.

If you cancel before 9:00 am on the Wednesday immediately preceding the show, no harm and no foul. Your table rent will not be refunded, but will be credited to a future show.  If you cancel after 9:00 am on the Wednesday preceding the show and we’re able to rent your tables to someone else, your table rent will be credited to a future show. If we’re not able to rent your tables to someone else, the first $10 of your rent (per table) will be retained as a cancellation fee and the remainder will be credited to a future show. If for some reason we have arranged to reserve your tables without pre-payment, we will bill you a cancellation fee of $10 per table.  If you are a no call/no show, your entire table rent will be forfeited. If for some reason we have arranged to reserve your tables without pre-payment, we will bill you a cancellation fee for the full cost of the tables.

Please understand that it is not our intent to simply take your money. Rather, this policy is based upon direct expenses we incur as a result of cancellations, and administrative issues. We may grant exceptions to the above policy on a case-by-case basis. Your understanding is appreciated.

ALSO, if you find that you are not going to be at the show by 8:45 Saturday to begin setup, please let us know before that time. If we have not heard from you by 8:45, your table(s) may be given to someone on the waiting list. We understand that unexpected delays occur. All we ask is that you let us know you're running late. The number to call is 330-268-9386.
